Dear SirIn terms of the Companys code of conducts to regulate Monitor and report trading by designated person framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 1st January 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 Designated person of the company and their immediate relatives shall not trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window. The details of the date of the board meeting for consideration and approval of un-audited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 shall be intimated in due course.
