Pan India Resort & Land Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 03, 2012, has resolved to sell / lease / mortgage / transfer / enter in Joint Venture etc or otherwise Deal in property of the company at Vilaage Gadhada Shamlaji, Taluko Khedbramha, Dist. Sabarkantha, Subject to the approval of the share holders by Postal-Ballot.<BR><BR>The Board has further resolved to authorize Mr. Bhavesh Soni, Director of the Company to carry out the necessary formalities as laid down in the law.
