ING Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that Reserve Bank of India has approved the scheme of amalgamation of ING Vysya Bank Limited with Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited.<BR><BR>The scheme of amalgamation shall come into effect from April 01 2015.
