The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Thursday 14th November 2019 which commenced at 5.00 pm and concluded at 5.30 pm approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the second quarter ended 30th September 2019 which have been reviewed and recommended by the Audit Committee of the Directors and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company. <BR> <BR>
