In compliance with SEBI (PIT) Regualation 2015 and as per insider trading code of the company the trading window for dealing in equity shares of the company will remain closed for all the designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives from tuesday july 1st2025 till expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the first quarter ending june 30th2025.
