Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III Part A Para A (7) of the SEBI Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that the Chief Information Officer of the Company Mr. Rajnish Sinha (designated as Senior Management Personnel of the Company as per Regulation 16(1)(d) of SEBI Listing Regulations) has tendered resignation vide letter dated 22nd July 2025 due to personal reasons. His resignation was accepted effective from close of 30th November 2025 (copy enclosed).

We enclose herewith copies of the newspaper advertisement in connection with Notice to the shareholders of the Company whose shares are due for transfer to IEPF Authority. The aforesaid advertisement was published in an English language newspaper (i.e. Business Standard) and regional language newspaper (i.e. Pratidin) on 20th November 2025. The advertisement copies will also be made available on the companys website at www.orientpaper.in.

We enclose herewith a copy of Notice being sent to the shareholders in connection with transfer of equity shares of the Company to the IEPF Authority in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for seven consecutive years commencing from the financial year 2018-19. This is for your information and records.

Please find enclosed herewith copies of the newspapers namely Business Standard (English Daily) and Pratidin (Oriya Daily) pertaining to publication of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025. The above Financial Results were published on 14th November 2025 pursuant to requirement under Regulation 47 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 13th November 2025 inter alia considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended 30th September 2025. We enclose herewith a statement showing the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter / half year ended 30th September 2025 along with Limited Review Report of M/s. B S R & Co.
