It is the leading tissue paper manufacturer in India. The Company presently has manufacturing facilities at Amlai Brajrajnagar Faridabad Noida & Kolkata. Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 please find enclosed herewith a copy of the Certificate received from KFin Technologies Limited the Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company confirming the compliance for the quarter ended 31st December 2024.
