Pan India Resort & Land Development Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2013, inter alia, to consider the matter of sale/mortgage/lease/ transfer/enter in joint venture or otherwise deal with land of the Company situated at Village : Gadhada Shamlaji, Ta: Khedbrahma, Dist: Sabarkantha and to appoint a Practicing company Secretary as scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot to be held under Section 293 (1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the said purpose.
