Pan India Resort & Land Development Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of Board of Directors of the Company which was to be held on January 31, 2013 inter-alia to consider the matter of sale/mortgage/lease/ transfer/enter in joint venture or otherwise deal with land of the Company situated at Villge : Gadhada Shamiaji, Ta: Khedbrahma, Dist: Sabarkantha and to appoint a Practicing company Secretary as scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot to be held under Section 292 (1)(a) of the Companies Act, 1956 for the said purpose was postponed due to the unavoidable circumstance.
