Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby submit an intimation regarding the execution of a Strategic Inventory Agreement between Praveg Limited and Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) for Praveg Atoll Lakshadweep - Thinnakkara which is expected to be operational shortly.Under the said agreement Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL) has secured an inventory of 25 rooms on a floating basis for a period of three (3) years at the aforesaid property.In this regard please find enclosed the press release being issued by the Company for dissemination and information of stakeholders.
