This letter is in continuation of our earlier communications dated November 5 2025 and November 12 2025 wherein we had informed the Exchange about the submission of un-audited standalone financials results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 on November 14 2025. We regret to inform that the financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2025 are not yet ready and consequently the Company is unable to file them within the prescribed timeline. The Company shall submit them to the Stock Exchange as these are ready and signed.
