Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors of Qualitek Labs Limited at its meeting held on 20th December 2025 approved the issuance of secured unlisted redeemable non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ?65 crore on a private placement basis appointment of Vistra ITCL (India) Limited as Debenture Trustee creation of security and furnishing of guarantees in connection therewith and convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting to seek requisite shareholder approvals. The Company shall make further disclosures as and when required under SEBI LODR Regulations.
