Newspaper publication of Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months ended December 31 2025.

In pursuance of Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please find enclosed herewith the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine Months period ended December 31 2025 duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on January 21 2026.Also attached herewith the Limited Review Report of the Statutory Auditor of the Company as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.The results will be published in the newspapers in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.The Meeting commenced at 04:30 P.M. and was concluded by 05:05 P.M. on the same day.Kindly take the same on your record.
