Pursuant to Regulation 24A and Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at their meeting held on Friday 9th May 2025 approved the appointment of M/s Ajit Mishra & Associates Practising Company Secretary with effect from 1st April 2025 for a period of 5 consecutive years upto March 31 2030 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
