Pursuant Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at the Meeting held earlier today i.e. Thursday November 20 2025 (commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 4.30 p.m.) had in line with Main Object Clause of Memorandum of Association approved re-starting Textile and Yarn trading business. The textile and yarn trading activities along with existing construction and real estate business is expected to increase turnover and income.Kindly take the above intimation on record.
