Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the Company (the Code) the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives as defined in the Code from Thursday 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the third (3rd) quarter and nine months ending on 31st December 2025 for the Financial year 2025-2026.
