Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and pursuant to Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for trading in equity shares of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives will remain closed with effect from Thursday 1st January 2026 up to 48 hours after the date of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2026.
