Pursuant to 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with schedule III of the said regulations we inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Saturday 2nd August 2025 inter alia has approved:1. The Audited Financial Results and Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31 2025 respectively together with Auditors Report thereon and affirm their qualified opinion over the results of the Company. 2. Further a copy of the Audited Financial Results Statement of Assets and Liabilities Cash flow Statement along with the Audit Report issued by M/s. S. D. Mehta & Co. Chartered Accountants the Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid financial results on the basis of Qualified Opinion herewith.
