In-accordance with the Composite Scheme of Arrangement approved by the NCLT order dated 14th June 2023 we would like to inform you that inorder to give effect to the merger Renaissance Advanced Consultancy Limited (Transferor Company) with Semac Consultants Limited (Transferee Company) the transferor company has fixed 12th February 2024 as the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders to whom 2225953 equity shares of Rs 10 each of the Transferee Company will be issued and allotted in the proportion of their shareholding in the transferor company.
