We wish to inform you that CRISIL Rating Limited vide its letter dated 31.12.2025 has rated the Long Term and Short Term facilities of the Company.

The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed for the Designated Persons with effect from 01 January 2026 (Thursday) till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025.
