Seshasayee Paper And Boards Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025

Seshasayee Paper And Boards Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/01/2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025

The Company had filed an appeal with Commissioner (Appeals) and the Commissioner (Appeals) vide his latest Order had ruled the case materially in favour of the Company with a reduced demand of Rs 16.00 lakhs with applicable interest and penalty of Rs 1.06 lakhs. The Oder is yet to be uploaded in the GST Portal by the Office of Commissioner (Appeals) due to technical Challenge. This declaration is made based on Physical copy received .

We herewith enclose a Certificate under Regulations 74(5) of the SEBI (DP) Regulation 2018 for the quarter December 31 2025

We wish to inform you that CRISIL Rating Limited vide its letter dated 31.12.2025 has rated the Long Term and Short Term facilities of the Company.
