Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time we wish to inform that Ms. Dinky Jain Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her letter dated 14th October 2025 wished and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hours on 14th October 2025.
