Realty firm Shriram Properties on Wednesday reported a 5 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 17.46 crore for the quarter ended June on higher income. Its net profit stood at Rs 16.62 crore in the year-ago period. Total income rose to Rs 210.90 crore in the April-June period of this fiscal from Rs 157.17 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.
