Pursuant to Regulation 74(5) of SEBI(Depositories and Participants) Regulations 2018 we wish to inform you that the Company has received compliance certificate from its Registrar and share transfer agent dated 09th January 2026 for the quarter ended 31st December 2025.

The Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company by its Directors Promoters Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Directors Promoters Designated Persons will remain closed from Thursday 01st January 2026 till 48 hours after declaration of Financial Results for the third quarter ending as on 31st December 2025.
