Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Code of Conduct by the Company the Trading Window for Designated Persons and Connected Persons will remain closed from 1st January 2026 for consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2025 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said Un-Audited Financial Result.
