Somany Ceramics Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve i. The Un-audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June 2025; ii. Other usual routine matters including any other matter brought before the Board with the kind consent of the chair.Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Companys Code of Conduct - Prohibition of Insider Trading it is hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives till Friday 15th August 2025.
