Considered and approved the new Borrowing Facility to be taken from any suitable BANK for Car Loan and authorized the directors of the Company to execute the Documents Deed Agreements etc. to take the Borrowing Facility as may be required.2. Considered and approved the new Unsecured Borrowing Facility to be taken from TATA CAPITAL and authorized the directors of the Company to execute the Documents Deed Agreements etc. to take the Borrowing Facility as may be required.3. Considered and approved the new Unsecured Borrowing Facility to be taken from Godrej Capital Limited and authorized the directors of the Company to execute the Documents Deed Agreements etc. to take the Borrowing Facility as may be required
