Standard Batteries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Notice is hereby given pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 that the Meeting of Audit Committee and Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday 12th February 2026 to consider & approve Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine Months ended 31st December 2025 amongst other matters.Further the Trading Window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company by all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives has been closed from 01st January 2026 up to the expiry of two working days after the date of declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended and Nine months ended 31st December 2025.

Confirmation certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI(Depository Participants) Regulations2018.We hereby confirm that the securities received from the depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter ended 31st December 2025 were confirmed(accepted/rejected) to the depositories by us and that securities comprised in the said certificates have been listed on the stock exchange where the earlier issued securities are listed.

Trading window for dealing in the Companys Scrip by the Directors Designated employees of the Company will remain closed from Thursday 01st January 2026 till completion of 48 working hours after the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 are made public.

In compliance with SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 enclosed News Papers Publication dated 14th November 2015 of Financial Results for quarter ended 30th September 2015 approved in the Board Meeting held on 13th November 2015.

We are pleased to inform that the Audit Committee and Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 13th November 2025 transacted the following business:1. Approved the un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2025.2.
