Notice is hereby given that persuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 read with Companys Insider Trading Regulation Code the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the company will remain closed from 1st April 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours from the end of declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31/03/2025 after being approved by the Board of Directors. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the audited financial results of the company for the quarter and year ended 31/03/2025 will be informed in due course. The trading window for dealing in shares of the company shall remain closed for all the directors/ promoters/ designated persons / and/ or any person having contractual or fiducial relation with the company.
