The Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives with effect from 1st January 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending 31st December 2025. The date of the Board Meeting for consideration of the said financial results will be intimated in due course.
