Vallabh Steels Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2025 inter alia to consider and approve un-audited quarterly results for the quarter ended 30th June 2025. In reference to the intimation of Board Meeting vide letter dated 20th July 2025 wherein it was intimated that meeting of board of directors was scheduled to be held today we hereby inform that meeting of board of directors is adjourned and scheduled to be held on Thursday the 14th August 2025.
