With reference to the subject and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with sub-para 7 of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the LODR Regulations and SEBIs circulars above referred we hereby inform that Ms. Padmaja Paluvayi Company Secretary and Compliance Officer a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) has tendered her resignation from the services of the company vide her letter dated 10th June 2025 and will be relieved from the companys services w.e.f. the closure of business hours of 20th June 2025.
