Please find attached herewith the unaudited financial results with Limited Review Report of Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 approved in the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company held on February 04 2026.

Welspun Investments and Commercials Limited has submitted to the Exchange, the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025.

Welspun Investments And Commercials Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/02/2026 inter alia to consider and approve Please be informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday February 04 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025. Take further notice that with reference to the above meeting of the Board of Directors the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Insiders as defined under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 is closed from Thursday January 01 2026 up to Friday February 06 2026 (both days inclusive).

Please find enclosed herewith certificate issued by NDML RTA of the Company confirming compliance with Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depository and Participants) Regulations 2018 for quarter ended December 31 2025.

The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from January 01 2026 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting wherein the unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31 2025 will be considered.
