In terms of provision of Regulation 30 (read with Part A of Schedule lll) and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR)Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Company is in receipt of the Tax Demand Order dated 26th December 2025 passed by the Superintendent Central GST Range- 11 Division-lll Ghaziabad for the period FY 2019-20 amounting to Rs. 9023518/- inclusive of Penalty of Rs. 2807984/-.
