Kindly find enclosed herewith Newspaper Publication by the Company made today i.e. 29th January 2026 with respect to basis of allotment in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 (Listing Regulation) we wish o inform you that the Board of Directors at its Meeting Held today inter- alia approved and considered the details as enclosed herewith.

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. on 27th January 2026 inter-alia has considered and approved the allotment of 5394075 Right Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 10 per Right Equity share at par (the issue Price) in terms of Letter of Offer dated 20th December 2025 in accordance with the Basis of Allotment finalized in consultation with the Designated Stock Exchange and the Registrar to the issue. The remaining 560 shares will not get allotment as the allotment need to be done in multiple of lot size of 1725 equity shares. The details are given in the file enclosed herewith.
