28 people detained in connection to violence in Mau: IG Law and Order Lucknow

Lucknow, Dec 17 (ANI): Uttar Pradesh police detained 28 people in connection with violence protest in Mau. "28 people have been detained in connection with violent incidents in Mau,which took place on December 16 over Citizenship (Amendment) Act. Further investigation is underway," said IG Law and Order Praveen Kumar. He made this statement, while addressing a press conference in Lucknow.
