Aspiring entrepreneurs complete 21 days training programme at JKEDI

Leh, Jan 18 (ANI): The valedictory function of 21 days Entrepreneurship development programme under Seed Capital Fund Scheme (SCFS) of Sher-e-Kashmir employment and welfare programme for Youth (SKEWPY) was held in Leh. Jammu and Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI) has been established by the government of in March 1997 with the aim of effective development of entrepreneurship in the State. Executive Manager (P and A) for Ladakh Dorje Wangchuk said that out of 62 entrepreneurs, 58 successfully completed their training and they have provided them a chance to create jobs for themselves and for others. One of the participants said that this training is very beneficial for the unemployed people as it teaches them about the entrepreneurship in a detailed manner.
