Madhya Pradesh, Jan 8 (ANI): Serenaded on mystical tunes of 'Qawwali' flowing from a Dargah, a pious group, holding a sacred 'chaadar' marches towards the shrine of Hazrat Baba Gulab Shah. The Dargah located in Nowgaon town of Chattarpur district invites not just Muslims, but a mix of people cutting across all the differences of cast, creed, cultures and religions.

Born in the year 1858, Baba Gulab Shah had devoted his entire life, spreading the message of brotherhood and peace in his hometown Nowgaon. The Dargah leaves its visitors in a fix whether it is an Islamic building or a temple.

Embellished with religious symbols of Hindus and pictures of deities, walls here, speak of the teachings conveyed by this great saint. More surprisingly, four generations of a Hindu family has been at service here, who has maintained all the belongings of their Muslim master, as he left them after his demise in 1966.
