COVID-19: Police mark vehicles to identify essential service providers

Rameswaram (Tamil Nadu), Apr 11 (ANI): Tamil Nadu Police in Rameswaram started painting vehicles, to restrict unnecessary movement of other vehicles on roads in the wake of nationwide lockdown due to COVID-19 pandemic. Even after continuous appeals and announcements, violations have been noticed in parts of Tamil Nadu. People have been advised to stay at home. 911 people have been tested positive for COVID-19 and 8 people have lost their lives in Tamil Nadu so far.
