Local search engine Just Dial has reported a 61 per cent year-on-year increase in net profit in FY25 to Rs 584.2 crore.
For the January-March quarter of FY25, Just Dial logged a profit of Rs 157.6 crore.
Revenue for FY25 was Rs 1,141.9 crore, reflecting a 9.5 per cent growth over FY24.
Revenue in Q4 came in at Rs 289.2 crore, a 7 per cent uptick over the corresponding period of the last fiscal year.
In Q4 specifically, growth was driven by well-strategised merchant acquisition initiatives that enabled deeper penetration in both urban and semi-urban markets, a company statement said.

At least 25 Indian tourists were injured when the bus ferrying them to Nepal's Pokhara met with an accident in the neighbouring country's Dang district, police said on Saturday.
The police said 19 tourists were admitted to the community health centre in Tulsipur in this Uttar Pradesh's district, which shares a border with Nepal.
Three of the injured are in critical condition and are undergoing treatment in a Nepal hospital.
The accident on Friday is suspected to have been caused by a brake failure. Most of the injured are from Lucknow, Sitapur, Hardoi and Barabanki districts of Uttar Pradesh, the police said.
Receiving information about the accident, police from Nepal's Gadhawa reached the spot and admitted the injured to a local health centre from where 19 people were brought to Tulsipur.
Circle Officer (Tulsipur) Brijnandan Rai confirmed that 19 Indians were undergoing treatment at the local community health centre.

Those preparing for the state Public Service Commission (PSC) tests should first learn how to protest, is the advice given by the women CPO rank list holders, who have been protesting outside the Secretariat here for the last 18 days seeking appointment orders, to future government job aspirants in the state.
The advice came from the protesting Women Civil Police Officer (WCPO) candidates on Saturday -- the last day till when their rank lists are valid.
While the state government reportedly gave appointment orders recently to around 45 rank list holders, including a few who are among the protesters, hundreds of candidates still remain in the list which is set to expire on April 19.
"We would like to tell those who are preparing for the PSC tests that you should first know how to protest, where the AKG centre (CPI-M party headquarters) is located and which officials you have to beg, before writing the exams," one of the protestors told a TV channel.

The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) on Friday presented a Rs 40,187 crore-budget for the megapolis.

The Rajya Sabha on Thursday returned the Finance Bill 2025 to the Lok Sabha, along with 35 government amendments, including one that abolishes a 6 per cent digital tax on online advertisements, thus completing the 2025-26 budgetary exercise that started on February 1.
The House also returned the Appropriation Bill (3) with a voice vote.
Earlier in the day, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had moved the two bills in the House.
The Lok Sabha had passed the Finance Bill on March 25 and passed the Appropriation Bill on March 21.
Replying to the debate later in the evening, she said the tendency of the finance ministry would be to exercise caution and not let go of revenues.
"But, here we wanted to use this opportunity to show our respect for Indian taxpayer. We have moved towards setting Rs 12 lakh as threshold up to which no one will have to pay any tax," Sitharaman said.
