Possibility of below normal monsoon this year: Skymet

New Delhi, Apr 04 (ANI): While talking to ANI about the climate change in the country, Vice President of Skymet (Meteorology) GP Sharma said, "There's possibility of below normal monsoon this year. There won't be much heat wave condition in Delhi-NCR as pre-monsoon activity has begun. Dust-storm expected on 5-6 April and around 11-12 April. Temperature will keep fluctuating". He further added, "Southwest MP, North interior Karnataka, Marathwada, Vidarbha will receive very less rainfall. Parts of Bihar and adjoining parts in Jharkhand will receive less rainfall. Chhattisgarh, Odisha, coastal Andhra will receive moderate rainfall. Delhi, Punjab, Haryana-below normal rainfall".
