Sagarmala project to reduce logistics cost from 18 to 10 percent: Nitin Gadkari

Mumbai, Apr 15 (ANI): Minister for Road Transport, Highways and Shipping Nitin Gadkari on Friday said the Sagarmala project by the government will bring down India's logistics cost from 18 percent to 10 percent, resulting an equal competition with China's prices. Gadkari said it is this cost that makes difficult for Indian industries to compete China's price when comparing the prices in international market. Gadkari was speaking at the second day of the India Maritime Summit in Mumbai on Friday.
