Students can avail the facility to fill forms as rest of the state face restricted internet facility. Other necessities such as downloading admit cards or paying fee can also be done at this centre. Mohd Ashraf Hakak, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Pulwama, said, "Students can come here, access internet and fill various forms, as internet facility is unavailable outside in the region."
