Surat Registered office of the company. The Board has considered and approved the unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine months ended on 31st December 2022.<BR> <BR> A copy of approved unaudited Standalone Financial Results as above along with the Limited Review Report by the statutory Auditor is annexed herewith.
