1. This communication is in continuation with the Companys letters dated December 2 2022 and January 06 2023.2. We hereby inform that in the matter of Arshiya Northern FTWZ Limited (ANFL) a wholly owned material subsidiary of Arshiya Limited (the Company) the Honble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) Delhi has vacated stay on the order directing initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) under the Insolvency Bankruptcy Code 2016 (IBC).3. In view of the same CIRP has commenced against ANFL.
