In furtherance to our letter dated February 14 2023 we would like to submit the following information in connection with the upcoming Postal Ballot activity:1. shareholders consent is being sought by means of Postal Ballot for:i) Approval of Balaji Telefilms - Employee Stock Options Scheme 2023 and grant of Employees Stock Options to the Employees of the Company thereafter;ii) Grant of Stock Options to the Employees of the Subsidiary Company(ies) of the Company under Balaji Telefilms Employees Stock Options Scheme 2023.2. The Board has appointed Mr. Vijay Yadav (Membership No. FCS 11990) Partner of M/s. AVS & Associates Company Secretaries as the Scrutinizer for conducting the Postal Ballot through the E-voting process in a fair and transparent manner. 3.
