With reference to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (SEBI LODR) and in continuation to our intimation dated February 27 2023 Videocon Industries Limited wish to inform your good office that Mr. Satish Motilal Totala who tendered his resignation vide his letter dated February 23 2023 as the Whole-Time Director in the Company and Occupier of factory of the Company has revoked / withdrawn the said resignation vide his withdrawal letter dated February 28 2023.Accordingly Mr. Satish Motilal Totala shall continue to act as the Whole Time Director in the Company and Occupier of the factory of the Company situated at 14 K M Stone Aurangabad Paithan Road Village Chittegaon Taluka Paithan Aurangabad - 431 105.
