Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/03/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Declaration of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 if any. The Record Date for the payment of interim dividend if declared by the Board shall be Friday March 24 2023. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company for all Designated Persons shall remain closed from tomorrow till 48 hours after declaration of the outcome of the Board Meeting.Accordingly all Designated Persons of the Company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
