We are pleased to inform you that the Company has allotted 41925 (Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Five) Equity Shares under ESOP-2017-3rd Tranche on 11th March 2023. These Equity Shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects. Consequent to the above allotment the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from 77521525 to 77563450 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each. This is for your information records and meeting the compliance under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
