In continuation to our letter dated 9th February 2023 informing about the dispatch of notice of Postal Ballot dated 7th February 2023 seeking approval of members of the Company in respect of the item set out in the Postal Ballot notice through remote E-voting system. In respect of the same we wish to inform that based on scrutinizer report dated 13th March 2023 on the Postal Ballot the members of the Company have passed the ordinary resolution as set out in the Postal Ballot notice with requisite majority.
