In furtherance of our disclosure dated February 18 2023 wherein CRISIL had announced the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Peter Lee Associates (PLA) we would like to inform that the closing formalities in relation to the said acquisition have been completed (100% completion) today i.e. March 17 2023 and consequently PLA has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Final consideration for completion of acquisition after closing adjustments amounts to AUD 6.18mn subject to customary adjustments. Please find enclosed a press release in this regard.
