In furtherance to our intimations dated June 24 2022 and March 20 2023 and in accordance with Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations we hereby inform you that Honble National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench vide its order dated May 4 2023 has approved the Scheme of capital reduction of Zuari Farmhub Limited (Scheme) a subsidiary of the Company under Section 66 of the Companies Act 2013 and the Scheme has become effective from the appointed date i.e. July 1 2022. A copy of NCL T order is enclosed herewith for your reference
